SageNet to Unveil New Integrated Digital Signage Solution at 2018 NRF Show January 14-17
January 08, 2018
TULSA, OK – SageNet, a leading managed services and cybersecurity solutions provider, will unveil its new integrated digital signage solution for customers at NRF 2018 Retail’s BIG Show on Jan. 14-16 in New York.
NRF 2018 Retail’s BIG Show is the retail industry’s largest trade show, attracting more than 34,000 professionals and nearly 3,500 companies in the retail, technology and business industries.
SageNet has leveraged its 30 years of managed network experience to become a leader in the design, deployment, monitoring and support of end-to-end multi-site digital signage solutions. The company currently manages several major convenience store digital signage networks throughout the United States.
According to SageNet CEO Daryl Woodard, the fundamental digital signage challenge for multi-site retailers is balancing cutting-edge creativity with proven connectivity.
“As much new technology as there is in digital signage, a big part of the battle is deploying a network that’s easy to support,” said Woodard. “That’s why we’ve taken this unique integrated approach– it packages the entire process together, from hardware, software and connectivity, to content, integration and support, and network monitoring services. It’s a fully managed turnkey solution based on our proven methodology.”
To help lead its growing digital signage division, SageNet recently named IV Dickson as its new Director of Digital Signage. He comes to SageNet with more than a decade of experience in the digital signage market and more than 20 years in commercial hardware, installation, integration and solution delivery.
According to Dickson, the ability to offer a wholistic approach to digital signage is what sets SageNet apart from other providers in the industry.
“SageNet is unique in our ability to offer 24/7 support from our own dedicated Operations Centers in Atlanta and Tulsa, as well as affordable on-site support for customers’ digital signage networks across the country,” he said. “Customers who once only knew us for our managed services are now realizing how that experience and infrastructure has positioned us to be a leader in the digital signage marketplace. We’re the old friend in digital signage they never knew they had.”
SageNet is also on the forefront of one of the industry’s latest trends – outdoor digital menu boards.
“We recently rolled out an outdoor digital signage initiative for a national quick-service restaurant chain,” said Dickson. “Outdoor signage is an area we are highly focused on, and one in which our customers see tremendous potential. We understand the idiosyncrasies of order confirmation and drive-thru upsell as well as the many complicated parts of outdoor installation and management.”
SageNet will be showcasing its digital signage experience with a large video wall at the company’s NRF exhibit (Booth #2826). In addition, SageNet cybersecurity experts will be on hand to discuss SageNet’s full line of cybersecurity solutions, which includes: security strategy, cybersecurity assessments, compliance assessments, cloud security, security intelligence, e-discovery, managed security programs, virtual CISO services and managed security services.
