Executive Vice President, Customer Experience
Marilyn Gholson serves as SageNet’s Executive Vice President of Customer Experience. She is responsible for ensuring our customers receive the greatest value and satisfaction throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Marilyn directs people, policies and practices to enhance the optimum customer experience through Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Service Delivery, Customer Support and Program Management. As SageNet’s leading customer advocate, she develops the strategies, budgets, cross-departmental recommendations and key performance metrics to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Marilyn is a customer-focused executive with 20+ years of experience with SageNet, spanning virtually every aspect of the customer’s journey including sales, engineering and operations in a technical networking/communications environment. Marilyn holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Management.
