We just got back from Retail’s Big Show, the National Retail Federation’s annual conference for the retail industry. We heard a keynote from Richard Branson. We were “wowed” in the Innovation Zone, with everything from robotics to 3-D printing to virtual reality. We attended presentations on topics that we discussed in a previous post about retail tech trends, such as omnichannel, mobile payments, digital signage and video.
