SageNet Announces Completion of National Logistics Center and NOC Expansion

TULSA, OK — Tulsa-based SageNet is adding 20 employees to its workforce with the opening of the company’s new 20,000-square-foot National Logistics Center (NLC) and the expansion of its Tulsa Network Operations Center.  

SageNet, a managed network services and cybersecurity solutions provider, currently has 320 employees – 110 associates in Tulsa and an additional 210 at its other regional offices in Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Chicago and Philadelphia.

Located adjacent to its Tulsa headquarters, SageNet’s new National Logistics Center features a state-of-the-art configu­ration, cabling, test and repair facility, a digital signage lab, administrative offices, an inventory management and storage area, and more than 12,000 square feet of ware­house space.

According to SageNet CEO Daryl Woodard, the NLC allows the company to coordinate manpower and materials logistics much more efficiently, whether that is organizing the installation and deployment of a customer’s network, trouble-shooting network problems or upgrading equipment for a 5,000-site national retail chain. 

“This new National Logistics Center plays a key role in our approach to full lifecycle managed network solutions for our customers,” said Woodard. “Even as more and more services are moved to the cloud, there remains a fundamental requirement for on-site hardware and boots on the ground to install, maintain and service the equip­ment. The NLC ensures that all systems are tested, config­ured and ready for a smooth installation with minimum disrup­tion to our customers’ operations.”

Woodard also said SageNet has more than tripled the size of its Tulsa Network Operations Center (NOC), which first began operations in 1999. The NOC facility allows SageNet’s network administrators to monitor and ensure optimal network operations for its customers across the country.
