Our Methodology

At SageNet, we deliver network solutions via a defined delivery methodology that puts a premium on engineering expertise, quality workmanship and total customer satisfaction.

  • Needs Analysis. We work with customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their current network environment, business requirements and long-term business goals. This critical step helps ensure the overall success of developing the right network solution and serves as the basis for network design.
  • Architecture & Design. Based upon the needs analysis, our network engineers design a solution that is sound, efficient, technically flexible, and — more importantly — meets the customer’s functional requirements to our exacting standards. This phase also includes site surveys and a detailed budget, project plan and installation schedule.
  • Configuration & Integration. Our certified technicians assemble the network components at our Tulsa production and distribution facilities. We procure the hardware and software and meticulously stage, configure, test and retest each component.
  • Installation & Project Management. We employ a national network of certified technicians to handle the installation of the network solution. Our project managers orchestrate all installation team activities, managing the process according to a customer-specific project plan.
  • Maintenance & Managed Services. Both our Marietta and Tulsa-based Network Operations Centers monitor customer networks 24/7/365 and provide support to cover every contingency: troubleshooting, site-level support to nontechnical staff, nationwide break/fix maintenance, server maintenance and bill consolidation.
